An oyster shell hanging over Swallow Street is the first hint of nearly a century's history at Bentley's, first opened in 1916. Legendary Irish-born chef, Richard Corrigan, revived the gem in 2005, bringing his passion for seasonal, local ingredients and the best fresh seafood.
