This year British Airways is bringing a new dimension to Taste - 'Height Cuisine’. British Airways faces the daily challenge of serving food to 100,000 customers a day at 30,000 feet. Working closely with experts in different fields like chefs, buyers, suppliers, nutritionists and cabin crew from around the globe, British Airways is harnessing their knowledge and experience to develop its understanding of food and drink that work in the air.
