During September they will be showcasing two of their most popular themed tastings: Jamón carving with fine wines and Spanish Grape Varietals. Throughout the evening they will be serving foods from their own farm, Hacienda Zorita Organic Farm, near Salamanca. This includes 2 award winning cheeses and 4 classic meats - jamon iberico de bellota, salchichon, chorizo and caña de lomo.
