The Laverstoke Park British BBQ Championships

See the final of the Laverstoke Park British BBQ Championships, in association with Weber, at the Field to Fork Festival – 30th-31st July, Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire. The festival, in association with Sainsbury’s combines county show with food festival.

Visitors get to experience life on the UK’s leading biodynamic and organic farm with tours of the farm, butchery demos, cheese making, bread making, a speciality food producers market, buffalo and hog spit roasts, chef demos, and the opportunity to see how Laverstoke make their buffalo mozzarella and ice cream and much more.

After all that - watch the amateur BBQ champs with James Martin click here to enter a team on the Saturday. Or, on the Sunday watch the fearless finalists of the BBQ Champs – as seen this year at Taste of London – battle it out on the coals to impress some of the UK’s most feared food critics.
