Interprofessional Olive Oil from Spain (the professional body representing the olive oil industry in Spain) launched the start of its second national promotional tour at Taste of London this year. A professional chef created numerous marinades and dressings over the course of the weekend demonstrating the versatility of extra virgin olive oil and its distinctive flavours. The launch was a great success and the tour continues across the UK until 12th July 2011.
