Hitting new heights at Plateau

Exciting things are happening at Plateau, D&D London’s stunning Canary Wharf restaurant and grill, following the recent arrival of new Head Chef, Allan Pickett. Having worked with the Galvin brothers and held a Michelin star, who better to launch a new tasting menu?

Allan joined Plateau over the summer and after a period reviewing the menus and getting to know the Docklands scene he is well and truly making his mark.

In the main restaurant, expect to see dishes like Roast fillet of aged beef, sauté of Girolle mushrooms, roast bone marrow; and Truffle infused Devon chicken, sweet corn, baby leeks, jus gras. Click here to book Plateau Restaurant.

In the Grill, it’s more relaxed fare like Grilled 14 oz Dedham Vale T-bone steak and Beer-battered day boat fish and chips. To book Plateau Grill, click here.

Allan, who has worked with the Galvin brothers at Galvin Bistro de Luxe and held a Michelin star at Orrery in Marylebone has just launched a new Menu Gourmand – a delicious five course tasting menu with matching wines.

For more day-to-day fare, Plateau’s new set menus offer great value: £23 for two courses and £26.50 for three in the Restaurant; £15 for two courses, £18 for three in the Grill. To find out more about Plateau menus, click here.
