Induction technology is faster, more energy efficient and more accurate than other types of hobs, even gas, as Tanya Searle, AEG-Electrolux's cooking category manager explains, "The benefits of induction cooking are many: instant heat and unrivalled speed. Water boils three times more quickly with induction; it's highly responsive and can move from low to high temperature very quickly.
